Qoda Finance Monthly Updates Volume 1

Hello, everyone! Here’s a list of the main updates that are happening at Qoda. Now presented once a month.

Despite the end of the year and holidays, we have a lot of important updates. So, here we go!

New Market Page Design

Check it out: https://moonbase.qoda.fi/markets (deprecated).

We have redesigned the user interface, keeping it simple and functional. On the market page, you can now see such indicators as last APR, maturity date, market volume, contract address, etc.

In terms of design, the display has changed, now Quick Lend and Quick Borrow forms are immediately available from the market page, as well as the latest positions in each category are displayed. At the bottom of the page, there is a list of all transactions.

Quick Lend and Quick Borrow

Quick Lend and Quick Borrow forms are available now. To use them just enter your desired amount (either the present notional amount or future repayment amount). The interest rate will be calculated automatically based on the orderbook data. Then confirm the transaction in the wallet. Done!

Note, if there are no open quotes for this market, then the quick form will not be available. This can be seen from the data presented on the right side of the form. In the case it is empty, you can open a regular quote and wait until other users fill it.

Launch on Moonriver Soon

We have started internal testing of smart contracts on Moonriver network. It will take some time, but the launch is close, so stay tuned.

We’ve decided to allocate 95% of the tokens to the community, with 5% for community rewards, 60% as rewards for lending/borrowing activity, and 30% for staking.

Qommunity

Qoda Quests is over! 3,5 months, more than 2600 participants, dozens of thousands of completed transactions in the testnet, more than 1500 new members on Discord and Twitter, and much more.

Not only that, we also got to know each other better, learned a lot about the protocol, and hopefully had a good time. Thanks to everyone who participated. It was a great event, but there are bigger ones ahead. There will be even more activities, so stay tuned!
